The first and main principle we have seen is that God is the owner of everything and we are stewards of what He loans us.
Then we saw that Biblical leadership that meets the needs of others. Biblical leadership is not about using but about building people.
Now consider loving leadership. God is a God of love. We are His children and we love. Love will make us listen, care, and value people.
Loving Leadership

Believers are called to love. Loving those you lead is clearly seen in the life and ministry of Jesus. It is not about being better than those under your care and leadership. It is not about reminding them that you are the boss. It is about sharing, caring, and being a true friend.
People often feel used, alone, even abandoned. They have to work. What would happen if someone actually loved, cared, gave? What would happen if they were more than a pair of hands to do the work but a whole person?
That is what you are called to do in loving leadership. You will not only develop products and services but people. Even better you enhance lives, make a difference in the world. Your loving leadership changes families and their home life.

Loving leadership meets real needs, promotes the common good, and shows the love of Christ. You treat others the way you would like to be treated.
Consider how these Biblical foundations will forge a better future for all. The work place will become a positive place. Your employees will enjoy working.
Turn over will drop, productivity will increase, tension will disappear and Jesus will be glorified
