Not taking care of your holiness
you might be tempted to think that no one is watching
you are tempted when you feel alone
you might be tempted to think that you deserve it because of all your sacrifice and service
Not working on your relationship with God
it is easy to get dry, cold, and dead
Doubts come
The Word of God can seem stale to you
You begin to believe the Devil's lies
You even doubt that your life is worth living
Not working on your marriage
Sex sin can come into your life, adultery, pornography
You may be tempted to think of divorce
you may experience an emotional divorce
you may forget why you got married
you may feel miserable while you are faking it and especially from what you see on Facebook
Not taking care of your children
a lack of discipline
lake of love
failing to set a good example
Failing in ministry
selfishness
not sharing ministry
all about you, building your name, your brand
Believing your own propaganda, what you write in emails and put on Facebook
Believing you are too good at what you do
Not satisfied with anyone else in the ministry
perfectionist
Not controlling your money
Not controlling your time
Not taking family time, vacations
Taking too much time from your family for work
Using your family as an excuse for not working
Being so indispensable that you can't take furlough
Making excuses for not staying in touch or contact with your supporters, churches
Not continuing to grow personally
Bible reading
personal growth study and time
preaching reheated messages
Being too busy to evangelize
Being alone, not with people
technology becomes an excuse
becoming a philosopher but not a practitioner
forgetting to rescue from the fire
arguing about theology while the world goes to hell
Too much time spent talking back to your home country
Not learning the language
Translating messages instead of learning your language well enough to preach from it
Preaching hobby horses
Not letting people go and do ministry
Too controlling of your children
Lack of discipline
in personal life
in financial life
in family life
in time
Not believing God is going to do the work
Listening to the naysayers
Letting your fear hinder you
Laziness
Greediness
Being too sensitive and too easily hurt
jealousy
gossip
Losing your hunger and thirst for God and His Word or His causes
Focusing on your field and your ministry and forgetting the world
Believing you are a leader and forgetting to serve
Losing your vision and your dream
